The platform
An online travel agency (OTA) platform that sells flights, hotels, eSIM, attractions, and bus and train tickets. It handles more than 40,000 flight tickets a month.
My part
I am involved in the development and management of the complete production ecosystem: application architecture and development, infrastructure, databases, deployment, integrations, monitoring and optimisation.

How it is built
Laravel and PHP on the back end, Vue.js 3 with Inertia.js and Next.js on the front end, MySQL for data, and Redis for caching and queues. The work involves complex business logic, large datasets, database optimisation, asynchronous processing, authentication and performance tuning.
